How we work a site
We walk the space first and scope it honestly. Then we work top down — ceilings, vents, and fixtures before walls, walls before surfaces, surfaces before floors — so nothing we clean gets re-coated by what’s above it.
We handle rough clean, final clean, and touch-up phases, and we’re comfortable coordinating directly with your contractor.
